Returns Policy

We strive to give customer satisfaction by being accurate and understanding to the customers needs. Orders are carefully taken in consideration to ensure that all custom ordered specifications are correct to the customer’s requirements.

Please understand that NO REFUNDS will be issued for custom ordered products. This also applies to orders still waiting to be manufactured or change of mind.

Damaged During Transit:

Product returns must be sent back to us at buyer’s expense, within 15 days. We will replace, repair or refund the purchase price in full depending on the circumstance. If the item is defective upon arrival we will ask you to return the item back to us in it’s original packaging for investigation.

Please be ready to provide pictures of the product and a written explanation of the reason the item is being returned.  We are always happy to assist!


Achillies Amps uses a variety of reputable couriers and always offer the best prices for domestic destination. We cannot send to P.O Box addresses if package is larger than a 3 kg bag.  

All orders will dispatch once the order is completed and ready for shipping. Tracking will be available and emailed within that time frame of booking with the freight company. All orders oversized will be sent with the least expensive courier method and may be required to be strapped onto a pallet.

We also offer combined postage rates. You can save a lot of money on postage costs when purchasing multiple items. Each item will dispatch on half of that items posted courier rate, so email us for a detailed postage quote.  For confirmation of courier rates or any additional services please contact us before you make your purchase.


International Shipping


Achillies Amps ships worldwide. All international orders will ship via FedEx Economy or Priority Shipping method that you choose at checkout. Shipping rates are based on size and weight of the package. All prices shown on our website will not provide you taxes or duties to your destination. We have no control of any rates you will incur once your item enters into your country. For customs and duty fees please check with your local post office or contact your country customs border department.
