Terms and Conditions



Achillies Amplification (AA) provides a warranty over its products as follows:

(i)             For Tubes: 3 months

(ii)            For product components and parts:  12  months

This Warranty is subject to the customer only using AA products as they are intended without any abuse, third party repair, modification, misuse, mishandling, negligence or other activities that are outside of AA’s control  (including but not limited to unreasonable moisture, heat or cold exposure) or that would be outside of reasonable wear and tear in respect of the use of the product. Further, AA will not be liable or responsible for any alteration or modification to the product nor shall AA be required to repair any such repair or modification.

Should your product require a Warranty Claim, AA will require you to return the product or parts thereof to AA. AA will then investigate the issue and if AA, in its discretion, confirms that the product is subject to a Warranty Claim, the relevant repair will be provided to you free of charge and shipped back to you at no charge. If AA finds that the product is not subject to a Warranty Claim, then all shipping and insurance costs and AA repair fees shall be charged to the Customer.

Responsibility for correct and safe use of the AA products rests solely with the purchaser. 

All amplifiers built by AA are custom ordered and custom made by hand and  cannot be returned for exchange or refund.  All warranties are excluded to the extent possible under applicable Consumer Protection Laws. Returns or refunds are only applicable if the product has been determined by AA to be of unmerchantable quality or materially faulty or as otherwise required under consumer protection law.


All orders are shipped via our courier company of choice within Australia unless you specify your preferred courier or arrange your own, all international shipments are shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon receipt. All damage that results from shipping is not the responsibility of AA. AA shall allow for the provision of insurance in respect of shipping and any claims must be made upon that insurance only and not against AA.  

All costs quoted by AA are exclusive of customs, duties, taxes and other levies that may be imposed by regulatory bodies. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of the same.

Dealer Network

If you purchase an AA product from an AA authorised dealer, please contact the relevant dealer in respect of any warranty claim or any other matter concerning your AA product.


All prices are quoted in Australian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. If you purchase AA products over its webstore in different currencies, AA will apply the then applicable exchange rate as offered by AA’s merchant facilities. AA is not responsible for this conversion and any disputes in respect of the same must be made by the customer direct to that relevant merchant facility.

AA grants you a 5 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your purchase. If cancelled during this 5 day period, you will be refunded your purchase price, less a $80 administration fee. If you cancel anytime after this, you will be liable for the full amount of the purchase price.


AA will endeavour to provide you with a timeline in respect of the production time of the AA product ordered by you. AA stresses that any timeline provided is only an estimate and is not a binding term of the purchase. To avoid all doubt, timelines provided are for indicative purposes only. Similarly, AA shall not be responsible for any delays in respect of shipping.

Limitation of Liability

AA is not liable for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental or other similar damage incurred or alleged to be incurred by the customer or any third party, including without limitation, death or bodily injury, damages for loss or profits or business or damage resulting from use or performance of the product, whether in contract or in tort, even if we have been advised of the potential for such damage.
