Achillies Apollo Quad Combo
The Apollo Quad Combo takes a beloved low-wattage platform and expands it into something far more commanding—without losing the immediacy, feel, and musical response that players love. Designed for guitarists who want classic touch sensitivity with greater headroom and authority, the Apollo Quad delivers a remarkably big sound from an impressively compact enclosure.
At its heart is a quad 6V6 power section, supported by significantly uprated power and output transformers. This allows the amp to move far more air and deliver increased punch, low-end depth, and dynamic range compared to traditional small-format designs, while still retaining the sweetness and harmonic richness that 6V6 tubes are known for.
Despite the increased output and capability, the Apollo Quad remains extremely manageable. A half-power switch allows the output section to be reconfigured for lower wattage operation, bringing earlier breakup, added compression, and reduced volume—perfect for studio work or smaller rooms. Complementing this is a master volume, giving precise control over overall output while preserving the natural interaction between the preamp and power section.
Physically, the Apollo Quad is deceptively compact. The cabinet is only two inches wider than the Apollo X, making it easy to transport and ideal for players who want maximum tone without a bulky footprint. This compact design makes the Apollo Quad equally at home on small stages, in studios, or as a powerful grab-and-go combo.

Apollo Quad Combo
Awesome Amp and Awesome service from Labros. I bought this for fender cleans through to mild drive and work well with pedals. It is great, and I’m very pleased. It was slightly tweaked for more clean headroom. As I’m a humbucker guy, I swapped the first preamp tube for a Gold Lion12at7, so it didn’t start breaking up until the preamp volume was pushed a bit further. It really sings, with warm, clear cleans through to mild drive. The after sales service from Labro has been great too. Great quality.

This thing is amazing, can safely say that the amp hunt is officially over after getting this one. Labros was more than happy to build me a custom 1x12 version, The tone is just perfect, The build quality is amazing. it definitely ain't gonna break anytime soon. I'm keeping this!

Super charged 50s style amp with all the snarl & bite that you come to expect from this style of circuit but with additional headroom so one can keep it clean for longer & louder! Great from Twang to Kerrang!
