Product Description
The Hydra Series 2x12 speaker cabinet had one concept in mind, to be compact and punchy. We delivered everything we wanted out of a ported 2x12 cabinet without the compromise of tone. This design takes the muff and compression, loosens the lows and balances the mids at clean tone. Cranked with overdrive fills the room with more lows and less compression compared to a closed back cab. The unique front ports makes the cab feel more alive without the need for an overkill of effects and simulators.

We only use Authentic Russian Baltic Birch Plywood on all of our cabinets. Not Chinese baltic birch which does not have the same acoustic properties and sound quality.

Hydra 2x12
I bought this cab (V30s) to go with a Marshall JCM800. It sounds great and has outstanding quality. Labros was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, answered my questions promptly and with great detail. I would recommend Achillies to everyone.

HYDRA 2x10" Cabinet
I'm suitably impressed with the supreme level of workmanship of this cabinet. Solid box with perfectly finished covering. I added 2 Celestion Vintage 30 speakers to complete the setup. This is my 2nd cabinet from Achillies and probably won't be the last. I would recommend their work to anyone.
